A tranquil escape by the pool
The large, refreshing pool provided a perfect oasis after our daily adventures in Cairns. Plus, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities, we felt right at home. The resort's proximity to the city and scenic drives added to our good experience.
We did face a few challenges . The check-in time could be more flexible, especially for early arrivals. We also encountered some cleanliness issues in our apartment, which detracted from our overall comfort. A few details needed attention, like sticky kitchen surfaces and noticeable stains on the carpets.

Very helpful and affable staff, it was wonderful stay.
We were there for 4 days, everything was excellent, thoroughly enjoyed its particularly good location not far from a residential suburb, good shopping centre and access to Bruce Hwy and Cairns city, and supermarket.

Ask for more dishwasher sachets upfront if you're planning a longer stay to avoid having to request them later.

Family with children paradise
We had a great balcony overlooking the pool which was perfect for watching the kids splash around. The kitchen had everything, even a dishwasher, which saved me a lot of hassle!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering the space and amenities, it felt alright.

The apartment was well equipped with modern appliances and plenty of space. It had two bedrooms with air conditioning and fans which were great during the hot weather. The BBQ area was very convenient and the pool was clean and enjoyable. The apartment was situated close to the city centre and main attractions. on-site laundry facilities made our stay much easier.
The equipment was outdated and required maintenance. it was not accessible outside of reception hours which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location of this place is perfect - nestled in a residential suburb, it offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Plus, everything I needed was within walking distance, including a supermarket and other commercial services. The staff here were exceptional, providing top-notch service and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were fantastic - from the air conditioning to the tea and coffee facilities, I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The outdoor areas are simply stunning, with a beautiful garden, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. I loved spending my evenings on the sun terrace, enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing family holiday in a three-bedroom apartment with a big balcony overlooking the pool. the accommodation was fully equipped with 2 bathrooms, laundry, dining, and sitting areas, providing us with everything we needed. the resort had a beautiful large pool, spa, and tennis courts. the bus stop was around the corner from the resort and offered access to good shopping centres, making it convenient for us to venture out.
The staff didn't meet our expectations, as they were unfriendly and unhelpful.
